哈佛大学建筑硕士主要分两类
第一种 Master in Architecture I (MArch I), Professional Degree
主要是录取原来没有建筑学背景的学生，最少一个学期的微积分、高等数学、一个学期的大学物理最好是力学。
第二种是Master in Architecture II (MArch II), Postprofessional Degree
主要录取5年制的建筑学学士学位的学生，在设计方面有比较好的成绩、成果展示。
景观建筑
哈佛大学景观建筑硕士主要分两类
l Master in Landscape Architecture I
3年的课程，任何背景的学生都可以申请，但实际上一般都是本科背景与建筑或景观建筑无关的学生申请。
l Master In Landscape Architecture II
2年的课程，主要是招收本科背景为景观建筑或者同等学位的学生。
建筑、景观建筑硕士入学要求：
GPA : at least a 3.4 GPA.，
GRE:The average GRE scores for the 2012 incoming class were 157 for the verbal,
155 for the quantitative, and 4 for the analytical writing sections.
TOEFL: 最低要求 is 92, 单项最低要求23. 最好 TOEFL iBT score is 104, with 单项不低于26. If your score falls between the minimum and preferred, you will be required to take an English language course at Harvard the summer before you enroll.如果托福成绩在92-104之间，要求在正课之前参加语言培训。
作品集 学生要提供最重要最有代表性的作品，作品通过Slideroom 上传。
